By accessing or using the Fund of Funds Formula website and services provided by Opal Equity Group LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use our services.

We provide educational content, training programs, and related services focused on real estate investment strategies. Our services include but are not limited to online courses, webinars, workshops, coaching, and educational resources.

3. User Accounts

To access certain services, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

4. Payment and Refunds

Payment terms for our programs and services are specified at the time of purchase. By making a purchase, you agree to pay the fees indicated.

Our refund policy is as follows:

• For digital products and online courses, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the program, you may request a refund within 30 days of purchase, provided you have completed the assignments and can demonstrate that you have implemented the strategies taught.
• Refunds are not available for services already rendered, including coaching sessions attended, webinars completed, or other time-based services.

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided through our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and software, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of our content
• Use our content for commercial purposes without our express written permission
• Share access to our programs or services with others who have not purchased them

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will provide notice by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
